ANIMAL KINGDOM

Disney's Animal Kingdom is a vibrant celebration of wildlife, exploration, and imagination. The park's central icon is the impressive Tree of Life, over 47 meters tall, with 325 animals carved into its bark. At its foot is the main entrance to each themed region.

The park is divided into six unique areas, each designed to immerse guests in fascinating environments:

  • The Oasis: the park's entrance, a tranquil ecosystem with streams, birds, and small animals, ideal for acclimatization.

  • Discovery Island: the heart of the park, home to the Tree of Life, shops, restaurants, and encounters with characters like Mickey and Minnie in safari attire. You'll also find Zootopia: Better Zoogether! (a 4D show inside the Tree of Life).

  • Africa: a tour of Harambee Village, featuring live music, African cuisine, and the outstanding Kilimanjaro Safaris, which takes guests through a reserve with real animals. This is also home to the Festival of the Lion King and the park's only character meal.

  • Asia: Set in the Himalayan landscapes, this region offers attractions like Expedition Everest and Kali River Rapids, as well as the Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond show and Asian-inspired restaurants.

  • DinoLand U.S.A.: A fairground-style area dedicated to dinosaurs, featuring the intense DINOSAUR attraction and children's areas.

  • Pandora – The World of Avatar: A bioluminescent world inspired by the film Avatar, featuring alien landscapes, floating mountains, and the acclaimed Flight of Passage attraction, considered by many to be the best attraction at Walt Disney World.

Additionally, the park includes Rafiki's Planet Watch, an educational area accessible by train from Africa, where guests can interact with animals and learn about conservation.

Animal Kingdom combines the magic of Disney with the majesty of nature, offering an immersive experience for both wildlife lovers and adventure seekers.
